My blinds are not functioning correctly what should I do?
If your blinds are not functioning correctly here are three things you can do:
- Bring the defective part to the front desk at our factory for repair/replacement.
- Bring the complete blind to the front desk at our factory for repair/replacement.
- Ask us for a Service Call: small jobs will be repaired on-site, while larger jobs will be taken back to our factory for repair.
Can I Install / Fit blinds myself?
Yes. However, to enjoy the full benefits of our warranty we recommend that our professionally trained staff who have many years of experience do the fittings. That way we can ensure you receive the maximum benefit of your custom-made blinds.
